Exam Ninjas provides remote exam cheating service for certification exams, university and college exams, professional licensing assessments, and other online examinations. Our services are delivered remotely through encrypted, temporary connection tools by qualified professionals.

We offer two payment arrangements to accommodate our clients:

Option A — Full Payment Upfront

Option B — Payment Upon Passing

To ensure a seamless and reliable exam session, our services are exclusively compatible with the following operating systems:

Clients are solely responsible for verifying that their device meets our system requirements before confirming a booking. Exam Ninjas will not be held liable for failed or incomplete sessions resulting from incompatible hardware or software configurations. No refunds will be issued for sessions that cannot proceed due to unsupported devices.

Additional requirements include:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
• Administrator access on the device during the session
• Antivirus or security software that can be temporarily disabled if required

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your exam type, date, time, and platform during the booking process.
• Be present and available during the agreed session window to initiate the connection.
• Not attempt to record, screenshot, or reproduce any part of our proprietary connection tools or processes.
• Treat our team with respect throughout all communications.
• Not engage in chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals in bad faith after a service has been delivered.

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Your name, contact details, exam information, and session data will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party — except where legally compelled to do so or where necessary to enforce non-payment as outlined in Section 3.

Our remote access tools are purpose-built, encrypted, and leave no trace on your device after the session ends. No software is permanently installed, and no login credentials or personal data are stored on our systems beyond what is necessary to process payments and verify results.

We may revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
